Roxann has been in the veterinary field for 8 years. She is currently pursuing a RVT license and one day hopes to specialize in brachycephalic breeds as she has a very special fondness for Boston Terriers.
Roxann has one human son, Jameson and 2 fur kids named Deesoul and Wookie.
Daniella has been an employee since the inception of our hospital in 2013 but has worked for our company since 2005. Daniella attended El Camino College with a major in theater. When not working, you may find her attending a variety of music concerts, singing karaoke with her friends, reading through many books and rescuing cats.
Shawna joined our team 2 years ago and brings with her experience in the pet hotel industry. Shawna has been involved in pet rescue for over 20 years and is especially passionate about rescuing and helping reptiles. When not working, Shawna enjoys being a mom to sons Ethan and Ben, mastering her photography skills and taking care of Luna the dog, Ambrose the cat, pythons, geckos and tarantulas.
McKenna joined our team recently and brings with her 1 year of animal hospital receptionist experience. She is currently attending Cal State Long Beach working towards her degree in biology and hopes to become a veterinarian in the future. McKenna enjoys spending her free time with her dog Millie hiking, paddle boarding at the beach and playing sports.

Lauren has always had a passion for animals. She worked as a receptionist in an animal hospital for 6 years before atteding Mount San Antonio College and obtaining her R.V.T. license in 2017. Lauren joined our team in March of 2019. When not taking care of animals, you can find Lauren coaching Cross Country for Mayfair High School. Lauren is the proud owner of Murphy an Irish Setter and Ebony a dwarf rabbit.
Kerry started 5 years ago as student volunteer and was hired permanently shortly after finishing her veterinarian assistant program.
She is currently enrolled in an online Registered Veterinary Technician program and will soon be a R.V.T. Kerry has always loved animals and has grown up with dogs, cats, horses, ducks, lizards, fishes and an opossum. Currently she is the proud owner of Oreo the Chihuahua and 4 rescue cats.
When she is not working, Kerry enjoys spending time with her son, Landen, playing video games and eating Taco Bell food.
John has been a veterinarian technician for many years and has enjoyed seeing and being a part of the many advancements in the veterinary field.
His passion is working with exotics as well as companion animals. When not working, John and his wife enjoy caring for all types of rescue animals.
He loves the great outdoors fishing and hiking with his 2 Chihuahua mix dogs.
John M joined our team in 2017 after proudly serving in the military for 4 years and finishing veterinarian assistant training at a local trade school. John always knew he wanted to work with animals. He loves all aspects of veterinary medicine but his passion is caring for your pet's ears. John enjoys bowling, running, and collecting Funko Pops. He currently has over 100! John is the proud owner of a Rottweiler named OB and 2 cats he rescued through our hospital.
Maria joined our team in October of 2017. She brings with her almost 9 years of animal emergency experience. She loves her job and specifically enjoys taking care of hospitalized patients. She is the proud owner of a 7 year old Golden Retriever named Donna. When not working and saving lives, you can find her roller skating, watching MMA or making memes.
Blanca joined our team in 2018 after finishing veterinarian assistant training at a local trade school. She has a special interest in teeth and one of her goals is to become a Registered Veterinarian Technician so she may specialize in dentistry. Blanca enjoys the outdoors and enjoys hiking with her dog Max as well as doing puzzles. In addition to Max, Blanca is the proud owner of a cat she rescued through our hospital.
Jazmin joined our team a year ago. Jazmin earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in ecology and evolution and hopes to become a R.V.T. She has 3 years of animal rehabilitation experience assisting in physical therapy, hydrotherapy, acupuncture and stretching to increase range of motion. In addition to rehabilitation, Jazmin has volunteered for 3 years at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. When not working, Jazmin loves spending time with her 2 rescue dogs, hermit crabs, parakeets, turtle and fishes.
Rachel is a recent addition to our hospital and brings with her 2 years of veterinary hospital experience. She graduated from State University of Chico with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. Rachel had the opportunity to intern in pinniped husbandry at the Marine Mammal Care Center in San Pedro where she was able to help rehabilitate sick, injured, and malnourished rescued seals and sea lions. She also has volunteered at a local animal shelter. Rachel has a true passion for all animals and hopes to become a veterinarian in the near future.
Rachel enjoys taking her 12 year old Beagle to the dog park and dog beach and loves spending time outdoors.
